Our 40 Acts of Service Initiative will culminate with a beach clean-up in partnership with Save the Sea Turtles International and Adopt A Beach Hawaii. We will meet at Ali'i Beach Park in Haleiwa at Picnic Site #3 at 10:00 a.m. for a safety briefing and orientation. Then we will divide into groups to clean the beach. During the clean-up, we will learn about different types of marine debris and the impact they have on marine mammals, especially the beloved sea turtle. This is a great opportunity for our entire school community to collaborate on our final Act of Service.
All participants who RSVP by April 8 will receive a delicious burrito with choice of filling, thanks to Wahoo's Fish Taco.
